Lamb Ribs Soup

Lamb Ribs Soup Ingredients :

  • 500 grams Lamb Ribs, cut per segments
  • 1 Lemon, cut into 2 parts
  • 150 grans Fresh Red Bean, Boil until tender
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 200 grams potatoes, diced
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 cinnamons
  • 1 tomatoes, rough sliced
  • 2 stalks Onion spring, cut in 2 cm length
  • 1 stalk celery, tied
  • 2 liter water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon oil

 

Pasta Spices for Lamb Ribs Soup

  • 3 garlics
  • 6 shallots
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg powder

 

How to make Lamb Ribs Soup

  1. Rub the ribs with lemon juice,  let it absorbs for 10 minutes
  2. Heat oil, saute pasta spices until fragrant. Enter the ribs and cook until browned
  3. Pour  water, boiled. Add cloves, cinnamons, spring onions and celery. Cook until tender
  4. Add potatoes, carrots and red beans. Cook until half tender
  5. Add tomatoes and salt, cook until the spices absorbed, lift.
  6. Ready to serve.
